Hi there.
I am a 33-year-old professional that has to be in St. John’s for work for 10 months (from Sept 2016 – June 2017) while my husband remains in Ottawa. Due to the fact that I am in town such a short time and will spend at least one week per month back in Ottawa with my husband, I was looking for a place that was small, all inclusive, and convenient – like your suites on Queens Rd. with private baths and shared kitchen area or your 1 bedrooms on Water Street or Queens Road.
I work long days and often spend my evenings catching up on paperwork, going out for a run/hike, or relaxing so I would be a very quiet tenant. I am also extremely clean and tidy to the point that the only reason I do not have someone come in to clean my current house is because I’m afraid they will not do as thorough a clean as I do. So, I would keep the place in the condition I found it in at all times.
I was wondering if you do long term rentals like this and if so, is there an “extended stay” rate?
I was also wondering if you have parking (on-street or off-street) and if there are laundry facilities on your property?
